Looking Back at June
June was a month of growth, new partnerships, and meaningful progress as we continued building a stronger foundation for our mission.
Partnered with Thrive Youth Center to learn about their upcoming housing expansion, designed to support youth transitioning into the workforce. We're excited to see this initiative empower young people to build independence, take charge of their futures, and create brighter opportunities.
Building Momentum
From preparing for summer events to expanding our advocacy efforts, June was all about creating new opportunities to serve our community and grow our mission.
Advocacy Progress
Expanded our advocacy efforts by continuing to raise awareness about health insurance denials and healthcare access.
Community Outreach
Participated in community markets to introduce Kharites Works, connect with supporters, and raise funds for our mission
Mission Fundraising
Launched new fundraising merchandise, including apparel, candles, and pet treats that directly support our programs.
Mission Growth
Continued building our Health Insurance Advocacy Program, laying the foundation for future educational resources and community support.
Clothing Drive
Started collecting women's professional clothing for our upcoming workforce clothing drive benefiting women in need.
Every step we took in June helped strengthen our mission and prepare us for an even bigger impact in the months ahead.

Join us on August 22 for the End-of-Summer 5K, Quarter Marathon & Fun Walk at Eisenhower Park in San Antonio. Every registration helps support Kharites Works' advocacy and community initiatives.
