Thank you for supporting Kharites Works. Every purchase helps support our outreach efforts and community initiatives throughout the San Antonio area.
Because many of our items are made in limited quantities or produced through pre-orders and fundraising efforts, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or general wear.
Exchanges may be approved for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if contacted within 7 days of delivery.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are created specifically for supporters and may require additional processing time before shipping. Estimated shipping timelines are provided on product pages whenever possible.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, event schedules, and production timelines. Kharites Works is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
